1. Workplace
a) Please keep the work area clean and well-lit. A cluttered and dark work area can cause accidents.
b) Please do not use power tools in an explosive environment, such as an environment with flammable liquid, gas or dust. Sparks from power tools can ignite dust and gases.
2. Electric safety
a) The power socket must match the power plug of the power tool. Do not modify the power plug under any circumstances. Do not use any socket with a common ground. Unmodified plugs and suitable sockets reduce the risk of electric shock.
b) Please avoid physical contact with grounded surfaces, such as pipes, heaters, stoves and refrigerators. If your body is grounded, you will increase the risk of electric shock.
c) Keep the device away from rain and humidity. Water entering a power tool increases the risk of electric shock.
d) Please do not use the power cord for other purposes, such as lifting, hanging the tool or pulling the plug out of the socket. Keep the power cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving tool parts. Damaged or tangled power cords increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When you use the power tool outdoors, please use an extension cord that is allowed to be used outdoors. Use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use to reduce the risk of electric shock.
3. Personal safety
a) Please stay awake, focus on work, and operate power tools wisely. Do not use power tools when you are tired or under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or drugs. A momentary distraction while using a power tool can cause serious injury.
b) Please wear personal protective equipment and always wear protective goggles. Wear personal protective equipment such as dust masks, non-slip safety shoes, safety caps, or noise-protecting earmuffs in the form and characteristics of your power tool to reduce the risk of injury.
c) Please avoid opening the device unintentionally. Before inserting the plug into the outlet, make sure the switch is set to the "off" position. When moving or carrying the power tool, if you put your finger on the switch, or if the power tool is plugged in when the switch is in the ON position, it may cause an accident.
d) Please remove and move the adjusting screwdriver or wrench before turning on the power tool. A tool or wrench that comes into contact with a rotating equipment part can cause personal injury.
e) Please don't overestimate yourself. Always be mindful of standing safely and keeping your balance. This gives you better control over your power tool in the event of an accident.
f) Please wear appropriate clothing. Do not wear clothes and accessories that are too wide. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from working parts. Loose clothing accessories or long hair can be caught in the moving parts.
g) If the purchased equipment includes a vacuum or dust collection system, please connect and use these equipment correctly. The use of these devices reduces the dangers caused by dust.
4. Use and maintenance of power tools
a) Please do not overload the power tool. Please select the appropriate power tool according to the job requirements. Using the right power tool at rated speed will allow you to do your job better and safer.
b) Do not use power tools with damaged switches. All power tools that cannot be controlled by a switch are dangerous and must be serviced.
c) Before adjusting the equipment, changing accessories or storing the equipment, please unplug it from the socket. These safety standards prevent accidental start-up of equipment.
d) Please keep unused power tools out of the reach of children. Please do not allow anyone who does not know this power tool or who has not read these instructions to operate this power tool. Use of power tools by untrained persons is dangerous.
e) Please maintain the power tool carefully. Check for incorrect adjustments, stuck moving parts, broken parts, and anything else that might interfere with the power tool's proper operation. A faulty power tool must be repaired before it can be used. Many accidents are caused by improperly maintained power tools.
f) Please keep the cutting tool sharp and clean. Well-maintained cutting tools with sharp edges are less likely to get stuck and easier to handle.
g) Please follow the requirements of the operating instructions, taking into account the working environment and type of work, and correctly select power tools, accessories, replacement tools, etc. according to the design purpose of the specific power tool. Applying a power tool to work beyond the intended range of use may be dangerous.
5. Maintenance and use of battery power tools
a) Please make sure the switch is off before inserting the battery. Inserting the battery into an open power tool may cause an accident.
b) Please use the charger specified by the manufacturer to charge the battery. A charger suitable for one type of battery may cause a fire when charging another type of battery.
c) Please use only specially designated batteries in power tools. Use of other batteries may cause injury and fire hazard.
d) Keep unused batteries away from office clips, coins, keys, nails, nuts or other small metal objects that may cause short circuits. A short circuit of electrodes may cause burns or even fire.
e) Improper use of the battery may result in the leakage of liquids. Please avoid contact with these liquids. In case of contact rinse immediately with water. If liquid gets into eyes, seek medical attention immediately. The escaping fluid may cause skin irritation or cause burning.
